“Candidate” means any individual seeking employment through our services.

“Client” means any business seeking to employ or engage workers through our services.

“Services” means the employment agency services provided by the Company.

  1. Services for Candidates
    3.1 The Company acts as an employment agency to introduce Candidates to potential employers.

3.2 Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their skills, experience, and qualifications.

3.3 The Company does not guarantee employment for any Candidate.

3.4 Candidates must maintain professional standards when representing the Company to potential employers.

  1. Services for Clients
    4.1 The Company will use reasonable efforts to introduce suitable Candidates to Clients.

4.2 Clients are responsible for verifying Candidate qualifications and conducting appropriate pre-employment checks.

4.3 The Company does not guarantee the suitability of any Candidate introduced to a Client.

  1. Fees and Payment
    5.1 Fees for our services will be outlined in separate agreements with Clients.

5.2 Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 No fees are charged to Candidates for our employment agency services.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from the introduction of a Candidate to a Client or from the actions of any Candidate once employed.

6.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific Services relating to the claim.

  1. Termination
    Either party may terminate any agreement for Services by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other party. Any outstanding fees will remain payable.
  2. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
